Mercedes serves as the Impact and Evaluation Advisor for the Agenda for Children OST. An experienced nonprofit manager, teacher, youth development program director and community organizer, Mercedes has led youth program planning, staff training, program outcomes evaluation and networking initiatives. She is looking forward to working with others to tell the story of how high-quality OST programs improve youth access to opportunity and equity. She lives in Cambridge with her partner and 13-year old son and participates in local equity and racial justice work within Cambridge Public Schools and the City of Cambridge.
