Social Emotional Learning Series - Live follow-up sessionThis follow-up session will be an opportunity for participants who attended a session in an SEL Series offered in Winter, Spring or Fall 2021 to meet up, reconnect and reflect on our SEL practice and the themes we covered in the SEL series. And we will create space to hear from each other about a few relevant themes that are currently affecting our youth and youth programs.
Self-selected breakout rooms during our follow-up will include:
- Temperature check on young people. How are the youth? What kinds of needs and behaviors are we observing?
- Temperature check on staff well-being and resilience.
- Social skills refresher
- Emotional skills refresher
- Open space
You will receive Professional Development Credit for attending this session. And if you have team members partnering with you in applying SEL to your programs and work with youth, invite them to join you.
We will be on Zoom so comfy attire is welcomed, and for now, bring your coffee, and let's be in community.
